There are some things to know before you begin:
You must your Google Business Profile page before linking it with RocketLevel
The business profile must also be verified and public.
Be mindful of the image & video specs required by Google
Image size: Between 10 KB and 5 MB.
Supported formats: JPG and PNG.
Recommended dimensions: 720px x 720px.
Minimum dimensions: 250px x 250px.
Max video size: 75 MB.
Duration Max: Up to 30 seconds long.
Resolution: 720p or higher.
Please be sure your post does not contain the following. Google will reject your post and the post will show as "This post is no longer available" or with a "Rejected" label in the Google Console:
Phone numbers. Google will reject all posts containing phone numbers.
Spam, false claims, or false representation.
Off-topic post that doesn’t pertain to your business.
Duplicate content.
Inappropriate content.
Offensive language.
Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list
Click Create Content
Add caption, emoji, hashtag for your post
Click the icon Add images/videos and select the media file for your post
Click Add tag to add your saved tags or create new tags
Click the Save group button and select Schedule
Adjust the date and time for publishing
Click Schedule again to finish
Alternatively, click the down arrow next to the Schedule button > Save to save your post as a draft and come back to it later
Your Google post will be automatically published at its scheduled time. You’ll also be notified of successful publishing by email.
When the Sync Content is On, the content will be published as Update post on your Business profile.
In RocketLevel, you can also create Photo, Event or Offer post by turning off Sync Content.
On the Create Content modal, select the Photo tab
Select the photo category
Add photo to the content
Click Save or Schedule to finish
On the Create Content modal, select the Event tab
Click Click to add post
Enter the fields of the form then click Add Post
Click Save or Schedule to finish
If you want to edit the event post again, select Edit Details from the dots icon button
On the Create Content modal, select the Offer tab
Click Click to add post
Enter the fields of the form then click Add Post
Click Save or Schedule to finish
If you want to edit the offer post again, select Edit Details from the dots icon button
There are a few options for you to publish a post right away.
If you’re opening the Edit Content pop-up:
Click the the down arrow next to the Save button > Publish Now
The post can be published immediately
If the post has been scheduled or saved as draft:
Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list
Navigate to the post you want to publish
Click the ellipsis icon on the top right corner to expand the action menu
Click Publish Now
Alternately, click Edit Content, navigate to the Save group button and select Publish Now from the drop-down list
The post can be published immediately
Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list
Navigate to the post you want to publish
Click the ellipsis icon on the top right corner to expand the action menu
Click Edit Content
Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list
Navigate to the post you want to delete
Click the ellipsis icon on the top right corner to expand the action menu
Click Delete Content
