😎Manage User Profile

In General Settings, you can manage your personal account preferences, such as profile picture, reset password, report delivery frequency and other advanced settings.

To locate the Genera Settings, click your profile picture at the top right corner. Select General Settings from the drop-down menu.

User profile picture

To change the user profile picture:

1. Navigate to General Settings > Account

2. Click the Pen icon in the corner of your current profile picture

   
3. Select a picture from your local directory and upload it to the app

4. Click Save Changes to finish

User information

To change user information:

1. Navigate to General Settings > Account

   

2. Enter new values in the fields: First Name, Last Name, Business Phone

3. Click Save Changes to finish

To change the Business Email

1. Navigate to General Settings > Account

2. Enter the new email in the field Business Email

3. Click Save Changes and you’ll see the popup to confirm the new email

   

4. Click Send Confirmation Email

5. In your inbox, locate and open the confirmation email

6. Click Confirm Email Change in the email

7. Your new email is confirmed on the new tab, and you can close the previous tab

8. Log out and log back in with your new email

To reset password:

1. Navigate to General Settings > Account

   

2. Click Reset Password

3. Enter the required fields on the Reset Password panel

   

4. Click Save Changes to finish

5. Log out and log back in with your new password

Advanced settings

This area of the General Settings will give you the flexibility to adjust:

• The Dashboard Settings for adding data from third-party apps into the Dashboard. Learn more in here.

• The Average Value of New Customer which is used to calculate the Return On Investment on Dashboard screen.

After you're satisfied with your changes, click Save Changes to finish.
