To avoid your content getting rejected by the social platforms, please make sure the images and videos attached to the content meet all the requirements as below:

Select the profiles for publishing

By default, the content will be published to all the social accounts you have connected to RocketLevel. If you wish to not publish your content to a specific social profile, click that profile picture to de-select and your content won't be published to that profile.

Schedule a multi-profile post

  1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account

  2. Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list

  3. Click Create Content

  4. Select/deselect the profiles for publishing your content

  5. Add caption, emoji, hashtag for your post

  6. Click the icon Add images/videos and select the media file for your post

  7. Click Add tag to add your saved tags or create new tags

  8. Click the Save group button and select Schedule

  9. Adjust the date and time for publishing

  10. Click Schedule again to finish

    • Alternatively, click the down arrow next to the Schedule button > Save to save your post as a draft and come back to it later

Your post will be automatically published at its scheduled time. You’ll also be notified of successful publishing by email.

Customize multi-profile posts for each profile

  1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account

  2. Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list

  3. Click Create Content

  4. Select all the profiles for publishing your content

  5. Navigate to the option Sync Content on the left corner and turn it off.

    • As the Sync Content is off, there will clickable side menu representing your profiles

  6. Start creating different content across profiles

    • If you turn the Sync Content back on, content on whatever tab you’re opening will be used as the unified content for all the profiles

  7. Click Schedule again to finish

    • Alternatively, click the down arrow next to the Schedule button > Save to save your post as a draft and come back to it later
