Fix Version: 25.02.10.0

Social Content & X Integration

  • Users can now create and publish posts directly to X (formerly Twitter), supporting tweets with up to four images. At this time, only regular X accounts are supported.

Enhanced Social Dashboard & Reports

  • The Social Dashboard now provides comprehensive analytics for X, with the exception of the Audience section, as this data is not provided by X. Additionally, Social Reports now include a dedicated section for X, offering insights on followers, impressions, and more.

Admin Portal

  • Error notifications for Zoho data sync have been improved, including a new notification specifically for cases where data sync fails due to incompatible data structure.

Bug Fixes

  • Media Library displays incorrect user who uploaded doc file

  • Admin Notification Dropdown - Clicking an item there now will redirect to the Integrations tab instead of Advanced tab

Media Library & Social Content

  • Users can now upload PDF, PPT, PPTX, DOC, and DOCX files, with a new "Other" tab introduced for filtering document files. Social content capabilities have expanded with LinkedIn integration, allowing users to connect their LinkedIn profile, schedule, and publish posts with images, videos, and document files.

  • Additionally, LinkedIn analytics are now available on both the Social Dashboard and Reports.

Insights Hub & Sales Analytics Dashboard

  • A new "Edit" icon button has been added to both Insights Hub and Sales Analytics dashboards, providing quick access to the "Edit Dashboard" panel. Users can now easily add and manage data connections, with additional settings for Conversion Rate and Average Customer Value within Insights Hub.

  • In Sales Analytics, new metrics like Call Activities and Recent Booked Demos enhance sales insights, while the Assigned Users filter has been replaced with Client Campaign for better segmentation. Reports have also been updated to reflect these dashboard changes.

Improved Trend Indicator Control

  • The "Trend Indicators" toggle is now independent for each dashboard and its reports, offering greater flexibility in visualizing data trends.

Bug Fixes

  • The app shows “Data sync failed…” when the connection to Zoho is lost

  • Zoho connection's metadata should be client-specific, not account-specific
