Video

  • Max video size: 200 MB

  • Supported formats: MP4, MOV.

  • The standard video’s frame rate frequency is: 24, 25, 30, 48, 50, 60 frames a second. YouTube also accepts other frequencies.

  • For larger videos, please be sure your server has a very fast upload speed. Slower speeds will result in timeouts.

Short

  • Max video size: 200 MB

  • Supported formats: MP4, MOV.

  • YouTube Shorts should have a 9:16 aspect ratio.

  • Dimensions: 1920x1080 px.

  • Duration: 60 seconds or less.

  • YouTube will not show the video as a Short if the aspect ratio is not 9:16 and the video is over 60 seconds in length.

Schedule a Youtube post

  1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account

  2. Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list

  3. Click Create Content

  4. Add caption, emoji, hashtag for your post

  5. Click the icon Add images/videos and select the media file for your post

  6. Click Add tag to add your saved tags or create new tags

  7. Click the Save group button and select Schedule

  8. Adjust the date and time for publishing

  9. Click Schedule again to finish

    • Alternatively, click the down arrow next to the Schedule button > Save to save your post as a draft and come back to it later

Your Youtube post will be automatically published at its scheduled time. You’ll also be notified of successful publishing by email.

Create a Youtube Shorts

  1. On the Create Content modal, turn off the Sync Content

  2. Select the Short tab

  3. Add caption, emoji, hashtag for your short

  4. Click the icon Add images/videos and select the media file for your short

  5. Click Add tag to add your saved tags or create new tags

  6. Click the Save group button and select Schedule

  7. Adjust the date and time for publishing

  8. Click Schedule or Published Now or Save to finish

Advanced Settings

You can also customize the following settings:

  1. Category - the list of categories may be different for every country

  2. Privacy

  3. Made For Kids

  4. Playlist

  5. Tags

Those settings are only available when the Sync Content is Off and are separate between Videos and Shorts.

Edit a Youtube post

  1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account

  2. Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list

  3. Navigate to the post you want to delete

  4. Click the ellipsis icon on the top right corner to expand the action menu

  5. Click Edit Content

  6. If your post hasn’t been published yet, you can make changes to:

    • Caption, emoji, hashtags

    • Tags

    • Media files

  7. If your post is published, you can only view the content

Publish a Youtube post

There are a few options for you to publish a post right away.

If you’re opening the Edit Content pop-up:

  1. Click the the down arrow next to the Save button > Publish Now

  2. The post can be published immediately

If the post has been scheduled or saved as draft:

  1. Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list

  2. Navigate to the post you want to publish

  3. Click the ellipsis icon on the top right corner to expand the action menu

  4. Click Publish Now

    • Alternately, click Edit Content, navigate to the Save group button and select Publish Now from the drop-down list

  5. The post can be published immediately

Delete a Youtube post

  1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account

  2. Click Social on the top menu and select Content from the drop-down list

  3. Navigate to the post you want to delete

  4. Click the ellipsis icon on the top right corner to expand the action menu

  5. Click Delete Content

  6. Click Delete to confirm
