Connect Birdeye

Only one Birdeye connection is allow one connection per account

Provided you are able to locate the Advanced page from here, continue the following steps to connect your Birdeye

1. After you click Add Connection, select Birdeye from the pop-up

   

2. Enter the Business ID and API Key

   • Learn how to obtain Business ID and API Key from Birdeye

   

3. Click Test Connection to check if the integration works.

4. Click Add Connection to finish

Refresh RocketLevel Dashboard to see new data. If you haven’t seen the data, wait for a few minutes then refresh the page again.
