Build Your Team

Get your dream team on board to help you manage social accounts, and achieve all social media engagement goals together. Locate Team in the General Settings menu.

Add a new team member

  1. Click Add User

  2. Enter the new member’s first name, last name and email address

  3. Select the default permissions you wish to grant to the user. You can also change this later.

  4. Click Add User to finish

The new member will receive an invitation email in which they can click to get access to your RocketLevel’s account.

Edit the team member’s permissions

  1. On the left-hand side, you can change a member’s permissions by checking/un-checking boxes on the Manage Only and Approve Only columns

  2. Click Save Changes to finish

Remove a team member

  1. On the left-hand side, navigate to the member you want to remove and click Remove at the last column

  2. Click Remove to confirm your action and the member will no longer have access to RocketLevel.
