Fix Version: 23.12.1.1

Admin Portal

  • The UI for adding connections has been redesigned for a better experience. In the Roles & Permissions page, if "View" is not selected, the "Create," "Edit," and "Delete" options will be automatically disabled. Users can now search client sites by registered email and see a new "Error" status for sites. A Google My Business integration has been added under the Integrations tab. The Website URL field is now required when adding a Gravity Forms connection.

  • Users can now manually trigger data updates with new buttons: "Sync Now" for Birdeye, "Refresh" for Google Analytics (to update properties), and "Refresh" for Google My Business (to update locations). Additionally, "Sign in with Google" is now available in the Account list.

Notifications

  • A new UI enhances the user experience with "Read All" and "Clear All" options. Notifications now display a longer event history with a scroll bar. Users will receive affirmative notifications when a new user, user group, or client siteis created, along with error notifications for failed data source connections. Email notifications will also be sent for lost connections.

Dashboard

  • Two new sections, Google Listings and Reviews & Ratings, have been added for better visibility of key data.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed incorrect line colors in Site Traffic and Calls sections.

  • Fixed issue with Google Analytics connection update not saving new account/property.

  • Fixed issue where "Create All" permission didn't allow new user/group creation.

Admin Portal

  • Admins can now manage users, user groups, and client sites with full control to add, edit, and delete entries. User permissions are assigned based on roles and groups, ensuring secure access management. The portal now integrates with Google OAuth, allowing admins to log in with their Google accounts and connect Google Analytics.

  • Additionally, admins can connect client data via Birdeye API and CallRail API using API keys, as well as Gravity Forms API with Consumer and Secret keys. A permissions management system enables fine-tuned access control with view, edit, and delete options.

Authentication

  • Users can sign up for new accounts, log in to existing ones, and verify their email upon signup. A password reset feature is available, allowing users to regain access using a reset code.

Dashboard

  • The dashboard now visualizes data from Google, Birdeye, CallRail, and Gravity Forms, providing key insights in one place. Users can filter data by date range, with support for up to one year. The dashboard is now optimized for mobile, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.

Email Reports

  • Users can receive periodic email reports that reflect key insights from the dashboard. These reports are designed for clarity and accessibility and are fully optimized for mobile viewing.
