Set Up Sales Analytics Dashboard

Insights Hub and Sales Analytics are two powerful dashboards within the RocketLevel app designed to provide you with actionable insights into your business performance. Each dashboard leverages distinct datasets to focus on specific areas of your business.

Connect a data source

  1. Log in to your account at app.rocketlevel.com

  2. Go to the Sales Analytics dashboard and click the Edit icon button

  3. On the Edit Dashboard panel, click the Connect Account button

  4. You will be redirected to Zoho login page

  5. Enter account credentials and click Accept

  6. After you're redirected to the Sales Analytics dashboard, click the Activate toggle to activate the connection

  7. Select the client campaign from which the data will be pulled into the dashboard

  8. Click Save to finish

You can add up to 3 Zoho CRM connections in one dashboard

Account Connection Summary

After a Zoho CRM account has been successfully connected, you will see a data summary on the connection accordion. This summary will help you keep informed of the latest updates.

The summary includes:

  1. Connection Status:

    1. Unused: the account has not been selected as data source and no data has been pulled on the Sales Analytics

    2. Active: the account has been selected and data has been synced

    3. Error: the app has trouble connecting or syncing data from Zoho

  2. Account: the Zoho account email you connected to RL app

  3. Organization: the Zoho organization you connected to RL app

  4. Connected By: the user who originally connected the account

  5. Connected On: the date and time when the account was connected

  6. Last Synced: the most recent date and time the data was synced

  7. Last Synced By: the user who made the latest sync
