Admin Portal
A new Organization field has been added to the Add Connection modal, allowing admin users to assign organizations to each client. Admins can now connect multiple organizations within the same Zoho account. Additionally, when multiple connection failures occur due to a single account issue, the system will now consolidate error notifications into a single email for better efficiency.
General Settings
A new Conversion Rate field has been added to the connection accordion, allowing users to easily identify which organization is used for the dashboard.

Zoho Integration
Users can now add and remove Zoho connections on both the Admin Portal (Integrations tab) and General Settings (Connections tab). Each Zoho connection will display who connected it and when the connection was made for better tracking.
General Settings
A new Conversion Rate field allows users to adjust their business’s conversion rate, ensuring a more accurate Total Lead Value. Additionally, a new Notifications tab lets users customize email delivery settings based on their preferences.
Insights Hub
The Total Leads metric now reflects the sum of Form Submissions, Request Direction, and Call You activities from Google Business Profile. The Return On Investment metric has been renamed to Total Lead Value, calculated as (Total Leads x Average Customer Value) x Conversion Rate for a more precise financial overview.

Insight Hub Dashboard & Reports
the Dashboard title has been updated to "Insight Hub", featuring a new header background image and time zone placement in the first-level header.
The "Return On Investment" card on the Insight Hub Dashboard and Insight Hub Report has been renamed to "Projected Return On Investment."
Sales Analytics Dashboard & Reports
A new "Sales Analytics" dashboard has been introduced to display data from Zoho CRM, including key metrics such as Total Leads Worked, Total Calls, Total Demos Booked, Call Count, Connection Rate, Call Status, Booking Count, and Connected to Booking Rate.
Users can now connect multiple Zoho CRM accounts, manually sync the dashboard, and sync data from different accounts on every card. Additionally, a new "Sales Analytics" tab has been added to the Reports page, allowing users to generate reports from the Sales Analytics Dashboard.
Social Posting & Analytics
Users can now connect Google Business Profile and publish Update, Photo, Event, and Offer posts. The Social Dashboard and Social Reports now display Google Business analytics data.
Admin & Notifications
The social service cannot be enabled when a client’s plan is set to None. System notifications will now confirm successful Zoho account connections.
Bug Fixes
The status displays Published even though the content failed to publish due to suspended profile

Usage & Billing
New storage limits have been introduced—Free Trial users get 5GB for 14 days, while Premium and Free Plan users share 50GB across companies and team members. A "Renew Plan" option has been added for easier plan renewal.
A storage usage indicator is now available on the Media Library page and Add Images/Videos modal. Deleted media files will now be permanently removed after one year to optimize storage space.
Admin Portal
Admin users will receive notifications when a user's plan changes or is renewed (e.g., upgrading from Free to Premium).
Social Approval
The “View” button has been removed, and users can now open approvals directly by clicking the title. A new toggle allows automatic approval of content after a set number of days, and an Activity Log modaltracks all actions related to an approval.
Social Dashboard
On Top Post for TikTok, the "Impressions" label has been updated to "Video Views" for clarity.
Social Profiles & Content
Users can now connect YouTube and Google Business Profile accounts. Additionally, with Sync Content enabled, users can create content for both platforms and publish YouTube Posts and Shorts.

After a Free Trial user upgraded to Premium, the Premium Plan is automatically canceled
The number of companies was not updated correctly after a company is deleted
The Instagram profile status was not updated to “Error” when the app could not connect the IG account due to its being inactive or check-pointed
When Sync Content was on, the GBP content was posted to Photo/Video section instead of Update section
When Sync Content was on and IG was also enabled, content for Youtube was failed to publish

Social & Media Library
The "Add Images/Videos" modal has been revamped, now allowing users to browse media from Pexels, Unsplash, and Pixabay, while Google Drive uploads are no longer supported.
A new "Media Library" page enables users to manage uploaded media, filter by image or video, rename files, edit images, duplicate, and delete multiple files. Users can also browse and save free stock images and videos from integrated sources.
Usage & Billing
Clients will no longer receive emails when their Free Plan is canceled on Stripe. A new "Renew Plan" optionon the Usage & Billing page simplifies plan renewal.
Admin Portal
New notifications will be sent when users cancel their plan, a Premium plan is added on Stripe, or a user has two active subscriptions.

Social Content
Users can now write TikTok captions up to 2,000 characters, upload videos up to 200MB, and post 15-minute videos on Instagram.
AI-Powered Content Generation
A new "Write With AI" button allows users to generate text for social posts, with options to "Generate New Content" or "Complete Content." Users can also save prompts in a new "Saved Ideas" list, with customization options for emojis, hashtags, and word count.
Admin Portal
A new "Canceled" status has been added for Free and Premium users. Additionally, notification emailswill be sent to Entitled Users and Admins when a social profile is successfully connected to the RL app.

Stripe Integration
Introduced new pricing models—a Free Plan for eligible clients, a Premium Plan with higher limits, and a 14-day Free Trial (no credit card required). A new Usage & Billing page allows users to manage plans and limits. Stripe integration enables secure payments, flexible payment methods, automated invoicing, and billing notifications.
The account with canceled plan will be deleted permanently after 12 months.
Scheduled content which is deleted by users will be deducted from the post usage
Admin Portal
The Client’s Sites tab now displays user plans, and customer details sync automatically between the app and Stripe. New business categories have been added, and Social services are now auto-enabled for new client sites. All existing Auto clients are disabled.
Video Upload for Social
Able to upload video of maximum 15 minutes to IG content
The maximum file upload for video is increased from 100MB to 200MB
Sign-Up
The UI has been revamped to clearly distinguish it from the Sign-In page.

Report Generation
Users can now send reports to multiple email addresses simultaneously. The Reports page has been updated with "Sent At" and "Sent By" columns for better tracking.
Social Posting
Users can now create and approve draft content without needing to connect a social profile. Facebook Reels and Instagram Reels are now supported, with a new "Reel" post type available for filtering and analysis.
Social Dashboard
A new "Categories" tab helps measure content performance based on assigned tags. The Content tab now includes Reels statistics for better insights.
Social Email Report
A new "Other Highlights" section showcases the most engaged post type, hashtag, and category, providing deeper engagement insights.

Admin Portal
The outdated Universal Analytics (UA) Google Analytics connection has been removed. New features include a "Social Team" role, a "Services" tab for managing client social features, "Overview" and "User Profile" tabs, and a requirement for "Social" service entitlement for client site access.
Social Posting
Users can now connect Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok profiles, generate external user links, and schedule and publish content across platforms. Posts support tags, hashtag groups, emojis, photos, and videos, with the option to customize content per platform. A public link can be shared for individual posts. Users can comment, reply, edit, delete, and request approvals for multiple posts. A new Team section allows account owners to add external users for content management.
Notifications
Email notifications now alert users to new comments (public/internal), published content, approvals, and failed posts.
Social Dashboard & Reports
A new Social Dashboard provides insights into social media performance, with a Social Email Report summarizing key metrics, optimized for mobile. The new Reports page allows users to generate, view, share, and email reports, either instantly or on a scheduled basis.
