Manage Your RocketLevel Plans

This page will walk you through easily managing your RocketLevel plans within our app.

Access your plan settings

  1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account

  2. Navigate to your profile picture on the upper right corner

  3. Select Usage & Billing

On the page, you can find the usage limit the plan you've currently subscribed to. You can also view your plan type, the renewal date and billing information.

Understand your plan usage

The numbers are for demonstrative purposes only

Each plan will have a determined usage for the following features:

  • AI credits: one credit is equivalent to one content generated from your prompt

  • Posts: number of scheduled and published posts per social profile you've connected.

  • Companies: number of companies created by one account. With just one account, you can create and manage multiple companies.

  • Team Members: number of external users you can invite to help you with managing the account.

  • Reports: number of reports you can generate, either on Dashboard or Social tabs. Learn more in here.

Manage your billing information

The price is subject to change
  1. On the Usage & Billing, click the "Manage Billing" button on the Billing section and you will be redirected to a Stripe-powered page

  2. To add a payment method, click "Add payment method" and enter the required fields.

  3. To update billing address, click "Update information" and make changes to the current information.

  4. To view the invoices, click the Link icon next to the invoice date and the invoice is opened in new tab.

Cancel your plan

  1. To cancel your plan, click the 3 dots icon and select "Cancel plan"

  2. On the confirmation dialog, click "No, please cancel" to finish

After the cancellation, a notification email will be sent to your inbox and you'll be able to use the app until the effective date of the cancellation. After that, you will have the view-only access to the app.

Renew your plan

  1. To renew the plan you've cancelled, click the 3 dots and select "Renew Plan"

  2. On the confirmation dialog, click "Renew Now" to finish

After the renewal process is completed, a notification email will be sent to your inbox.
