Edit & Remove Team Member

Get your dream team on board to help you manage social accounts, and achieve all social media engagement goals together.

  1. Locate the Team section on the General Settings page
  1. On the left-hand side, you can change a member’s permissions by checking/un-checking boxes on the Manage Only and Approve Only columns
  1. Click “Save Changes” to finish
  2. Select the default permissions you wish to grant to the user. You can also change this later.
  3. Click “Add User” to finish

The new member will receive an invitation email in which they can click to get access to your RocketLevel’s account.

  1. Locate the Team section on the General Settings page
  2. On the left-hand side, navigate to the member you want to remove and click “Remove” at the last column
  3. Click “Remove” to confirm your action and the member will no longer have access to RocketLevel.
