Connect Gravity Forms Account

Connecting to client’s Gravity Forms account will enable RocketLevel to get data regarding the form submissions to their website. You can add up to 3 Gravity Forms connections.

Provided you are able to locate the Integrations tab from here, continue the following steps to connect your Gravity Forms account

Add Gravity Forms connection

1. Click “Add Connection”
2. Click “Gravity Forms” button from the list
3. Enter the Description, Website URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret Key. Learn how to get them
4. Click “Test Connection” to check if the integration works.
5. Click “Add Connection” to finish

Refresh RocketLevel Dashboard to see new data. If you haven’t seen the data, wait for a few minutes then refresh the page again.

Note

If you encounter the error message “Connection Failed”, please make sure the website URL is the same as the website you’ve obtained the API keys from. Otherwise, contact Super Admin.
