Create Your Account

1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com
2. Click the link “Don’t have an account yet? Sign up”
3. Fill all the required fields in the Sign Up form
4. Click “Finish” and check your mailbox
5. In your inbox, locate and open the Welcome to RocketLevel email
6. Click “Activate Your Account” button on the email
7. On the Activation Successful screen, click “Go to Sign-in” and log in to our app with the new account

Alternately, you can contact for support via support@rocketlevel.com and our team will create an account for you.

Log in to RocketLevel

1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com
2. Enter your email address and password
3. You can now log in and see the Dashboard screen

Note

If you’re unable to log in, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Use one of the supported browsers: Chrome, Safari and Firefox
• If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you’re using the email registered with your RocketLevel account
• If you try to log in and see the 404 page, your account may have been deactivated. Contact us for support.
• Clear the cache and cookies in your browser and retry
• Try logging in from another network, such as cellular network, to see if the issue relates.
• Reset your password If you’re unable to log in after trying all the steps above, please contact us for support.

Reset Password

1. Go to app.rocketlevel.com
2. Click “I forgot the password” and enter your registered email
3. In your inbox, locate and open the Reset Password Request email.
4. If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, it might have been in the spam folder
5. Enter the 6-digit code from the email into the required fields on the Reset Password screen
6. Enter your new password as requested on the screen, then click “Confirm”
7. Your password is now reset and you can log in using the new password
